If you already have a website and social media setup for your business, we can do a Quality Check to look for items such as Cohesiveness with your Branding, Mobile Responsiveness, Missing Information, Broken Links, Design and Layout, User Friendliness, and more.

Branding Support

What is the Website Setup Process?

Here is the process for setting up a website:

Free Consultation: We will spend some time discussing your business, desired features, and vision for your website. We will also determine if you need a brand-new website, a redesign, or a landing page. Other items include Colors, Domain Name, Hosting, and Maintenance.
Project Proposal and Agreement: After the free consultation, we will assess the scope of work needed and the timeline. Then we will send you a proposal and agreement to sign, so we can get started on your project.
Planning and Content: We will start planning out the website look and collect any information from you such as texts, videos, and pictures that you would like included in your website layout.
Testing and Quality Check: We will review your website to ensure proper functionality and responsiveness. We will also check for user-friendliness, and to make sure there are no broken links or errors.
Client Review and Feedback: You will be given an opportunity to review your new website and provide feedback. Then, we can make the changes you like to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
Website Launch: Once you are satisfied with the final product, we will launch your website live for your customers to finally see!
Post-Launch Support: We offer support services for minor changes for up to two weeks after the launch. This will give you time to explore your website and note some of the little changes you may want to make.

We highly encourage you to get our Monthly Maintenance Plan after your website launch. This includes ongoing support, security updates, minor content changes, daily website backups, and reliable hosting. It is an all-in-one plan conveniently designed for you, so you can free up your time to concentrate on running your business.

No. We use website templates and customize them for you based on your type of business and goals. This is how we are able to offer our services at a much lower cost than custom coding a website from the ground up.

We can set up a variety of websites, but we specialize in setting up Landing Pages or Brand New websites. We can also refresh and update your existing website if needed.

No! We do prefer to meet in person for a free consultation in order to get a better understanding of the services and needs you require. However, we understand that sometimes you are just too busy or not close by. So, to help with this, we can do the consultation over email or video chat. Just let us know what works for you.

Yes! When your website is completed and launched, we offer support and minor changes for up to 2 weeks.

If you’d like ongoing support for changes, we highly recommend our Monthly Maintenance Plan. This includes ongoing support, performing routine checkups, daily website backups, software and content updates, security checks, reliable hosting, and more. It is an all-in-one plan conveniently designed for you.

The scope of work needed for your project is taken into consideration after the free consultation. Then, we can agree on a timeline to have it completed. A typical website design can take up to 4 weeks to complete. A more elaborate website design will take more time based on additional needs.

Also, we only work on one website at a time to give our clients our full attention. So, this can affect your project start date as there may be a waitlist.

To make it easier for you to focus on your business, we do offer a monthly maintenance plan. This includes ongoing support, performing routine checkups, daily website backups in case of unforeseen circumstances, software and content updates, security checks, reliable hosting, and more. It is an all-in-one plan conveniently designed for you, so you can free up your time.

In addition to website setup, we do offer additional services to help with your small business. We offer branding support and quality checks for existing websites. In the future, we plan on offering additional services such as content creation, SEO support, and more.

Since we only focus on one website at a time to give you all of our attention, we do require a 25% reservation deposit to ensure your commitment. This will be due after the Free Consultation and Project Proposal Agreement.

A payment plan may be worked out for the remainder of the total amount, however, full payment will be due upon your website completion and before launch. If you do decide to cancel our services after the project proposal agreement is signed, the initial deposit amount will be non-refundable for our time.
